All quotations are subject to availability and supplier confirmation. Your booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Clubhouse Escapes.

Payment deadlines will be shown on your quotation or invoice. If payment is not received by the stated deadline, prices and availability may change.

An 8% service fee applies to all bookings and will be clearly shown within your quotation before you confirm.

This covers the research, planning, booking administration and management involved in creating your tailored Clubhouse Escape.

Your quotation and booking confirmation will clearly show what is included in your trip.

Hotels, golf courses, transfers and other elements may be provided by independent suppliers and their individual booking conditions may also apply.

Where your arrangements qualify as a package, you will have additional rights under UK package travel law. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us in writing as soon as possible.

Changes and cancellations may be subject to supplier charges and other reasonable costs. We will advise you of applicable charges when processing your request.

If Clubhouse Escapes or a supplier needs to make a significant change to your arrangements, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available to you.

These terms do not affect any cancellation or refund rights you have by law.

Tee times and golf arrangements are subject to course availability, weather, maintenance and individual course requirements.

You are responsible for checking and complying with any handicap requirements, dress codes and other course rules.

You are responsible for providing accurate traveller information and ensuring that you have the passports, visas and other documentation required for your trip.

Please tell us before booking about any accessibility or other requirements relevant to your travel arrangements.

We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance from the date your booking is confirmed.

Where your booking requires financial protection under UK package-travel legislation, we will let you know what protection applies to your trip.

If you experience a problem with your arrangements, please contact Clubhouse Escapes and/or the relevant supplier as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to assist.

If your trip is classed as a package holiday, Clubhouse Escapes will meet its responsibilities under UK package travel law and your legal rights will continue to apply.

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law.

Where necessary to arrange your trip, relevant information may be shared with hotels, golf courses, transfer providers and other suppliers involved in your booking.
